What’s up guys I’m random Frank p and Today we’re gonna be checking out the Brand new model uh-oh Pro Now you’ll see what you’ll see what I Mean a little bit but this is a new Glorious model o Pro mouse and Admittedly there is some controversy Around this going on right now in the Mouse Market but regardless we’ll still Cover it all for you guys the pros cons All that good stuff in case you’re Interested in picking out the brand new Modelo Pro and if they ever decide to Make it available again so you can Purchase it so for the three new color Options they’re based off of their Switches with the tactile golden pandas Linear red fox and the linear Blue Links Hence the matching three colorways Instead of the traditional black and White and taking a look at it what You’ll find is the exact same shape as The previous Modelo releases every Single Dimension is identical but where The changes come in are the decreased Weight from 69 grams down to now 55 Grams and the shell has no holes in it As you probably picked up on right away Now in addition to the new show we also Have a new texture on these mice that Feels very very similar to that of the Razer Viper V2 Pro in the new Deathhatter V3 Pro it’s matte but it’s Just slightly textured enough all around

You can actually feel there is some sort Of change to it versus a smoother finish But in terms of those physical Dimensions it’s 128 millimeters long 66 Millimeters wide at the hips and 59 Millimeters at the middle grip stands 38 Millimeters tall at the highest point And is roughly 50 millimeters high at The front flare now just for Comparison’s sake versus the other Competitors in the closely related Ambidextrous Market it is the lighter of The 3 versus the Viper V2 Pro and the G Pro X super light and I’ve given you a Shape outline of all three so you can See how they stack up next to each other So visually like I said pretty much Identical obviously with the exception Of the new colorways the new texture no Holes in the shell and a lighter body Overall But we also have no RGB and with that It’s going to greatly increase the Battery life now the model o Wireless Was rated for around 70 hours I believe These are rated for around 80 and even Though 10 hours doesn’t seem like too Too much again when you have the model o Wireless with the RGB it’s going to Drain it a lot faster so 80 on paper This is easily going to last you like Two weeks if you’re even like an Everyday gamer uh definitely noticed a Massive jump in battery life from when I

Was gaming just from when I got it in I Haven’t you know granted I used three Different ones for the colorways have Needed to charge any of them like I said 80 hours fantastic jump now also with no RGB you’ll notice you know that little Strip on the side not there obviously I’ve seen people saying that they don’t Like the new button placement of the Left side buttons here seen it on Reddit As seen it in YouTube reviews but it’s The exact same button placement only Thing again that’s missing is that Little RGB strip right above it so not Too sure where that’s coming from but I Mean they’re literally the same same Buttons same placement don’t get any of That Now next up so we’re going to dive into Some of that controversy okay let me Just paint the backstory for you real Quick once they started shipping if You’re familiar with Reddit you probably Are and the Reddit Mouse review that’s Subreddit some people started noticing Their Mouse has some QC issues Yeah very loud and rattly kind of like You know the old trackball Mice from Back in the day Um so we’re gonna do a sound test of the Three models I have and talk about that We’ll go over all the buttons and stuff So you could hear how they sound and Then the uh the QC check for you

So very interesting okay three different Models I have and each three sort of Have their own issues it’s very strange So the blue one obviously that one was The most like loudest pitch in terms of The actual will shake and rattle it Wasn’t any of the loose buttons though Something else on the inside was loose Which was giving it that rattle sound The yellow one had no rattle whatsoever But the top shell of it when you would Press in on it it would give that loud Pop sound like the shell was popping in And out of whatever you know like socket It’s in or whatever and then the red one That one had a bit of a shake to it but It was only the uh right side panel here The the right click paddle so again each Three having their own sort of set of Issues none of them are deal breakers in A way none of them are negatively like Affecting the performance of the mouse I Could say they all still you know Perform just fine but it’s not so great To see that you know and glorious is Aware of this I actually saw all the Stuff up on Reddit and they put out Their own sort of response going over All like the RMA tickets and stuff and They said yeah you know some people are Reporting these are loose but it’s a Very very small amount of people again I Have three different mice each of the Them have their own sort of QC issue

Here but it’s not a deal breaker it’s Not something where I would need to RMA This and get a new one so for the Internals we still have the same 3370 Sensor for their bam sensor here Unfortunately not upgraded even though This is a Pro mouse and it’s the same Kale switches again for the previous Model o Wireless so not a lot of Pro Upgrades I’d say but in terms of gaming Again I mentioned it before even though The one paddle was loose and it was kind Of creaky on the yellow unit it all Performed just fine for me going from 69 Grams down to 55 grams while not having Holes in the Shell probably wasn’t an Easy feat for glorious but they pulled It off I just wish there was more Pro to This mouse because just that weight Difference isn’t enough to make it pro I Don’t believe they’re kind of going the Razer Viper ultimate to the V2 Pro route Where they took out RGB they made it Lighter and they called it pro but at Least the Viper V2 pro has a top of the Line sensor and Optical switches this Doesn’t have that it has the older 3370 Sensor still and mechanical switches not Up the battery life yes definitely a Nice upgrade but again where’s the pro Glorious why is this Pro is it just the Weight difference that’s not enough to Make it pro And also kind of you know just just

Snowballing here I said before there’s Some controversies around it Where this all kind of gets money to me Is this is the first sort of release if You notice on the one side I showed you That little logo there not the bearded Odin uh but this is their Forge logo and Forge is their sort of group by sort of Plan they’re doing now for new mice so This is the model o Pro they also have The one pro which was announced like Right after this group I ended which Definitely pissed off a lot of people And that’s a whole separate Mouse Different shape different everything They also just announced the new 2 Series for the model 02 and the I2 but We still haven’t even gotten the n Mouse yeah from the Odin lineup so I Feel like glorious is doing too too much Right now releasing announcing all these New mice and stuff when they should have Just took time and focused on the pro Series and maybe not have worried about The one or the twos and just made this More Pro because for a hundred dollars Again it’s not doing anything wrong but It’s just not a Pro mouse to me for the 100 price which again given the market Not too too bad But I don’t look at this mouse I know it Doesn’t scream Pro to me it just screams Like another lightweight Mouse we’ve Been seeing a lot of over the last two

Three years now so for me it’s kind of You know it’s a whatever type of mouse Sure it’s good if you need it if you’re 100 your top budget and you want a 55 Gram ambidextrous Mouse here you go but It’s not pro to me It’s just not But that’ll wrap it up guys hope you Enjoyed like I said I’ll drop the link Down below but granted this is part of That Forge group buy I don’t even know If it’s gonna be available anymore they Might sort of make it available I don’t Know so either way I have a list for you In the description down below if you’d Like the review give it a big thumbs up And show your support feel free to Follow me on Twitter at randomfrankp and Last if you haven’t already hit that Subscribe button Hope you all enjoyed have a good day

The honeycombed shell not only looks great but also makes the mouse incredibly lightweight, weighing only 58 grams. Despite its lightweight build, the mouse does not feel cheap or flimsy, and it’s clear that great attention has been paid to the build quality.

The mouse feet are made of 100% pure virgin PTFE, which ensures smooth movement on any surface. The detachable USB cable is also a nice touch, making it easy to replace in case of damage. During my testing, the Glorious Model O Pro performed flawlessly, providing high accuracy and precision.

As with any product, the Glorious Model O Pro has its strengths and weaknesses. Here are a few of the pros and cons I observed during my testing:

Pros
